Children and young people live through huge change and it’s crucial we do as much as we can to support their development.
Starting primary school, moving to secondary school, going on to further education or emerging into the world of work are just some of the key moments we help them prepare for. We provide coaching on single, critical skills like person-impact and self-awareness. We empower children to develop positive mind-sets and self-esteem, growing their emotional intelligence. We align curriculum objectives to work experience days that take place within the workplace itself.
In one example, we placed students in busy, front-facing positions at a large international business. Here, the learning objectives of their leisure and tourism studies were bought vividly to life – their subsequent high grades demonstrating their engagement and success.
We work with children both as individuals and within the school environment, giving them the confidence to handle the hurdles of life and fulfil their own potential.
